Male Cottage Staff
Salem4Youth has ministry opportunities for qualified men who are called to work with teenage young men in our residential program. Our current need is for cottage staff. We are looking for male staff who share a common vision with Salem4Youth and desire to work with our students. A qualified staff member will be a Christian and a team player. He is able to maintain a structured and loving environment, and is able to help our young men apply Biblical truth to the struggles and choices they face.
