“We are children of the same family, and ought therefore to be helpers one of another.” – George Mueller

Salem4youth is a faith-based ministry to young men in a “season of struggle.” We receive no state or federal monies to operate our program. We let our needs be known and trust the Lord for His provision. It has been a great blessing to see how He works in and through His people.

Salem4youth is a 501c3 organization and will accept cash, checks, credit cards, ACH deposits/transfers or Paypal. If you would like to use your credit card, you can call us here on The Ranch (815.796.4561) and provide the necessary information.

Here are a couple of our current needs here on The Ranch.

  • Scholarship monies for our young men. There is a monthly tuition cost to the families who place their sons in our program. We are in the early stages of formulating a scholarship program designed to help families with some tuition assistance. Contributions to the ministry can be earmarked for our scholarship program.
  • General Operating. When you are operating a ministry like Salem4youth there are a variety needs. A vehicle sometimes breaks down, we run low on copier paper or we need to make a repair in the residential cottage. We maintain an account to cover these ongoing expenses.

Salem4youth Legacy Fund

As a ministry, Salem was founded in 1896. The Lord has kept His hand upon this work for well over a century. A legacy fund has been established to give folks the opportunity to be a part of helping in the continuing work of the ministry for years to come.

The Morton Community Bank Foundation manages the Salem4youth Legacy Fund. For more information, please click on this link: https://mortoncommunityfoundation.org/salem4youth-fund.

Additional Opportunities to Invest

In addition to a donation/investment in the ministry Salem4youth also hosts a yearly Annual Auction here on campus and our Annual Golf Outing – “FORE the Boys.” The Annual Auction, in addition to a fundraising event, also gives us the opportunity to host folks from the community here on The Ranch. Both are fun ministry events.
