Our Vision

Transformed lives and families through Relational Evangelism and Biblical Counseling.

Our Mission

To ENGAGE young men 13-16 years old, and their families with the transforming hope of the Gospel to ENCOURAGE and EQUIP them for Biblical Reconciliation.

Biblical Reconciliation:
Biblical reconciliation is defined as the restoration of a broken relationship between God and humanity, as well as between individuals. It involves moving from a state of separation, hurt, and brokenness to one of healing, wholeness, forgiveness, and reunion.

3 Core Values

1. Intercessory Prayer- Fuels Salem4Youth Ministry
Intercessory prayer is fundamentally an act of obedience and submission to the will of God. It involves standing in the gap, presenting the needs and concerns of others before the Almighty, with the firm belief that He is sovereign and capable of answering. This prayer is an outpouring of our love and faith, demonstrating our trust in God’s divine power and His purpose. It reflects our commitment to Christ’s command to love one another, bringing the requests of others to our Father who listens and responds according to His perfect will.

    2. Relational Evangelism- Drives Salem4Youth Ministry
Relational evangelism is a strategic and biblically grounded approach to sharing the gospel, which prioritizes the cultivation of sincere, loving relationships. This method is predicated on establishing a foundation of trust and mutual respect, enabling authentic and significant discussions about faith within these relational contexts. The objective is to exemplify Christ’s love through our daily interactions and deeds, thereby creating meaningful opportunities to communicate the gospel message in a personal and impactful manner.

    3. Sufficiency of Scripture- Guides Salem4Youth Ministry
The Scriptures are sufficient to equip us for a life of faith and service. The contents demonstrate God’s intention to restore the broken relationship between Himself and sinful humanity through His Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior through the regenerating work of the Spirit, applying the reconciling work of Jesus Christ. No additional writings are necessary for this good news to be understood, nor are any other writings required to equip us for a life of faith.
